• Supporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and meaningful activities

• Building strong, respectful relationships that help young people feel valued

• Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments that promote growth

• Responding calmly and confidently to behavioural and emotional challenges

• Working collaboratively with your team to deliver individualised care plans

💼 What You’ll Bring

• Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services (or relevant Diploma‑level qualification)

• A full, valid Australian Driver’s Licence

• First Aid and CPR certification

• NDIS Worker Screening and Working With Children Check

• Empathy, resilience, and a solutions‑focused mindset

• Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekends and overnights (overnights are essential)
