Lead national Out of Home Care (OOHC) practice. Coach teams, embed trauma-informed care, and align frontline delivery with therapeutic frameworks and legislation.

Duties
• Lead therapeutic and trauma-informed practice implementation
• Coach and mentor leaders and frontline staff
• Align frameworks with state/national OOHC legislation
• Drive continuous improvement and practice innovation
• Collaborate with policy, systems, and quality teams

Skills & Experience
• Extensive OOHC or child protection leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of OOHC legislation (VIC, QLD, SA, WA)
• Proven ability leading multi-site coaching teams
• Expertise in trauma, attachment, and permanency planning
• Skilled in reflective practice and supervision
