Are you passionate about creating inclusive communities and building meaningful connections? Possability Group is seeking a dynamic Engagement Specialist to help expand our reach and impact across disability services.

About the Role

As an Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the face of Possability—connecting with clients, families, and community partners to ensure a seamless journey into our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and broader service offerings. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver engaging experiences that reflect our values: Inspired, Courageous, Skilful, Responsive.

What You’ll Do

• Drive client engagement and onboarding strategies
• Represent Possability at forums, expos, and sector events
• Collaborate with marketing to deliver inclusive campaigns
• Use data and feedback to enhance service design and client experience
• Foster strong internal and external partnerships

What You Bring

• Degree in Community Development, Communications, Business, Social Work or related field (desirable)
• 3–5+ years’ experience in engagement, partnerships, or community relations (desirable)
• Strong understanding of NDIS and SIL
• Excellent communication and cultural sensitivity
• Strategic mindset with a passion for inclusive practice

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working with Children/Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain)
