About the Role

Lead the delivery of therapeutic, evidence-informed care across foster services. Coach and support practitioners to embed consistent, high-quality practices that improve outcomes for children, young people, and carers.

Duties

• Embed therapeutic frameworks across Family Based Care
• Coach and guide staff to strengthen daily practice
• Monitor practice quality and identify improvements
• Drive compliance with legislation and care standards
• Deliver training, reviews, and practice audits

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Proven experience in Out of Home Care or therapeutic care
• Deep understanding of trauma-informed and child-safe practice
• Strong coaching and communication skills
• Ability to travel and deliver training across regions
