About the Role

As a Practice Leader, you’ll play a key role in guiding and supporting a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that genuinely change lives.

You will:
• 👥 Supervise and mentor support professionals
• 🎯 Promote best practice through coaching and role modelling
• 🤗 Foster teamwork and collaboration
• 🧭 Lead service delivery aligned with organisational values and goals
