Key Duties

• Lead teams and drive collaboration
• Embed therapeutic and reflective practices
• Identify and fix service gaps and risks
• Lead policy and practice improvements

Skills & Experience

• Diploma or higher in relevant discipline
• Child & Family service leadership experience
• Skilled in reflective practice models such as TCI and CALM
• Strong project, coaching, and facilitation skills
