Support case work teams by delivering high-quality administrative, compliance, and quality assurance support by ensuring accurate record keepinag, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement to maintain excellence in Out-of-Home Care services.

🫶 What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide admin and compliance support to case work teams
• Prepare and document meetings and case-related processes
• Maintain accurate client data and track case movements
• Conduct audits and quality checks on documentation
• Liaise with government, carers, and stakeholders as required

💼 What You’ll Bring

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Community Services, or a related discipline highly desirable
• Qualifications in Business Administration, Compliance, or Quality Systems will also be
  highly regarded.
• Knowledge of OOHC standards and state regulations
• Strong admin, organisation, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
• Strong documentation and compliance capability
• Current driver’s licence and probity clearances
