Practice Leader (Team Leader - Disability) Full Time 12 Month Contract

• Full-time contract position – 12 Months
• Based out of Rossmore
• Lead a team of dedicated support professionals

As a Practice Leader, you’ll guide and support a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that improve lives.

• Supervise and mentor support professionals
• Promote best practice through coaching and modelling
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across your team
• Lead service delivery aligned with organisational values and goals
• Build team capability to meet strategic objectives
• Ensure quality outcomes for clients through responsive support

What You’ll Need

To ensure safety and compliance, successful candidates must hold:

• A current Working with Vulnerable People Check with NDIS endorsement
• National Police Check (or happy to obtain)
