Practice Leader (Team Leader - Disability)

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Practice Leader to join our growing Operations Team in Southeast Brisbane QLD.

• Part Time – 70 hours per fortnight (includes weekends, sleepovers and admin time)
• Pallara/Doolandella area
• SCHADS Level 3 role
• Lead a team of dedicated support professionals

As a Practice Leader, you’ll guide and support a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that improve lives.

• Supervise and mentor support professionals
• Promote best practice through coaching and modelling
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across your team
• Lead service delivery aligned with organisational values and goals
• Build team capability to meet strategic objectives
• Ensure quality outcomes for clients through responsive support

What You’ll Need

To ensure safety and compliance, successful candidates must hold:

• A current Working with Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• National Police Check (or happy to obtain)
