As a permanent Case Work Support Officer based in Broome with Lifestyle Solutions, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and young people in Out-of-Home Care by ensuring our services are well-coordinated, compliant, and therapeutically informed. Working closely with Operations Managers, Therapeutic Specialists, and Case Workers, you'll help create meaningful and lasting outcomes for young people and their support networks through high-quality administrative and operational support.

💼 What You'll Bring
- Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work (or currently working towards)
- Strong administrative, organisational, and compliance capabilities
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices
- Proven ability to manage documentation and coordinate competing priorities
- Current driver's licence and required probity clearances
- Empathy, resilience, and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach

🫶 What You'll Be Doing
- Provide administrative and operational support to Operations Managers, Therapeutic Specialists, and Case Workers across our services.
- Coordinate internal meetings, including case plan, cultural plan, care team, and cohort meetings, ensuring all documentation is prepared and recorded accurately.
- Maintain accurate client records and track client movement within agency systems to support real-time data integrity.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on case work documentation to ensure compliance with relevant state-based legislation, standards, and organisational requirements.
- Undertake regular audits of client files to support regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Contribute to the delivery of safe, culturally respectful, and trauma-informed practices that support positive outcomes for children and young people.
