Based out of our Bella Vista office, you'll work with a manageable caseload of up to six children and young people, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on building meaningful outcomes rather than simply managing numbers. Whether it’s helping a young person build independence, supporting family connections, guiding a care team or working towards a stable long-term placement, you’ll see the impact of your work firsthand.

And you won’t be expected to do it alone. You’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively, access professional support and continue building your capability in therapeutic, trauma-informed and culturally safe practice.

The role

As a Case Worker, you’ll:

  • Lead or implement case and cultural plans based on your state
  • Work with care teams to embed therapeutic strategies
  • Coordinate services, meetings and key stakeholders
  • Monitor progress and help keep case goals on track
  • Support permanency, transitions, life story work and family connections

In NSW, the role also includes providing supervision and support to frontline staff and House Managers.

About you

You’ll bring:

  • Hold a minimum Diploma in Community Services or a related field
  • Experience in case work with children and young people
  • A trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to your work
  • The ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • A current unrestricted driver's licence and ability to meet probity requirements
