About the role
Coordinate the operational delivery, compliance and quality of a Child & Family Services cohort. Support referrals, workforce coordination, case management, therapeutic practice, audits and reporting—enabling teams to deliver safe, child-centred outcomes.

Duties
- Coordinate cohort operations, referrals, vacancies and reporting
- Monitor case plans, therapeutic actions and key case activities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, probity and workforce planning
- Coordinate audits, quality assurance, evidence and compliance actions
- Track incidents, safeguarding, risks, data and improvement actions
Skills & Experience
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent OOHC experience
- Apply knowledge of NSW PSP, child protection and OCG frameworks
- Demonstrate strong coordination, reporting and data skills
- Build effective relationships across Operations, Practice and external stakeholders
- Hold a current Driver Licence, WWCC and National Criminal History Check
