Are you an organised and proactive property professional who thrives on building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and making things happen?
We're seeking a motivated Leasing Coordinator to join our Property Team based in East Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing a diverse residential property portfolio, ensuring our teams and the people we support have access to safe, suitable, and well-managed accommodation.
Working closely with operational leaders, property managers, real estate agents, and internal stakeholders, you'll coordinate the end-to-end leasing process while helping deliver positive outcomes across our housing portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Leasing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating all aspects of residential leasing, including new leases, renewals, and property disposals.
- Managing applications, approvals, lease documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Liaising with real estate agents, property managers, finance teams, and operational leaders.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance activities across the property portfolio.
- Managing leasing-related invoices, accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Maintaining accurate property records and ensuring systems are kept up to date.
- Building trusted relationships with internal teams and identifying opportunities to add value through property solutions.
About You
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in Property Management, Real Estate, Asset Management, or a similar field, ideally within residential housing.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- A current unrestricted driver's licence.
- A proactive mindset and a solutions-focused approach.
