We’re on the lookout for a passionate HR Business Partner who thrives on connection, variety, and making a real impact to join our supportive, energetic and experienced People and Culture team. This role will be based in either Adelaide or Brisbane, with the opportunity to travel to our regional stores when needed.

About the Role
As a key member of the People & Culture team, you’ll work closely with our Operations and Store Leaders to:
- Partner on strategic people planning and team development
- Provide trusted HR advice on ER, awards, and best practice
- Lead case management and support across recruitment, performance, and employee engagement
- Deliver induction, cultural calendar events, and well-being initiatives
- Act on feedback from surveys and lead positive change through insights and reporting
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar HR business partner or generalist role
- Strong working knowledge of relevant industrial instruments (e.g., Pharmacy Award, NES)
- Proven ability to build rapport and influence across all levels of the business
High attention to detail, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, people-first mindset that aligns with our values
Bonus if you have:
- Experience supporting a dispersed workforce
- Qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Exposure to change management projects
