What you’ll be doing:

• Taking ownership of key product categories—developing strategies to drive sales, margin, and customer value

• Leading supplier negotiations and managing commercial relationships to secure the best outcomes

• Overseeing promotional activity including catalogue campaigns, allocations, and timelines

• Using data to drive decision-making and optimise category performance

• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Buying function

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in buying, category management, or senior retail operations—pharmacy or FMCG experience is a plus

• Strong commercial understanding with a focus on results

• Confident negotiation skills and supplier relationship management

• Solid Excel skills and a data-driven mindset

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work to deadlines
