We are looking for a friendly, efficient receptionist to join our fast growing Brisbane team- in this role you will support the Administration Team with all reception and client service-related tasks.
KEY Responsibilities
- Front of house reception
- Greet clients and visitors to the Firm in a polite friendly and engaging manner
- Answer all phone calls and transfer to relevant staff member
- Co-ordinate all meeting room bookings
- Maintain meeting rooms, including IT setup, and ensure rooms are always tidy and ready for use
- Organise refreshments for clients
- Provide administration support to clients i.e. typing, printing, faxing and other requests
- Assist with catering for meetings, lunches, events
- Sorting, recording and delivering mail
- Managing deliveries for the office
- Manage and maintain all services provide by reception/for reception
- Ad-hoc general administration duties as required
Essential
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive ability to work as part of a team
- A willingness to work flexible hours
- Professional presentation required at all times
- Completion of Year 12
