What you will be doing in this role

Reporting to the Education Manager within San Education you'll play a pivotal role in transforming education across our organisation. You'll design high quality online and blended learning programs, lead the development of interactive digital content, and be the lead administrator of our future Learning Management System (LMS).

Collaborating closely with subject matter experts and educators, you’ll ensure every learning experience is meaningful, accessible, and aligned with AHCL’s mission to deliver excellence in healthcare.

Who we’re looking for

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in learning design or instructional design.
  • Bring at least 2 years of experience in instructional design and development.
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing multi-modal educational programs.
  • Have experience with LMS administration in compliance-focused environments.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of NSQHS Standards (highly desirable).
