What you will be doing in this role

Step into a rewarding role as a Concierge at Sydney Adventist Hospital, where you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors. In this service focused position, you’ll assist guests in navigating the hospital, helping them locate departments and services, and ensuring their experience is as smooth and stress free as possible. With a warm and helpful approach, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and making a meaningful difference in every interaction.

Who we’re looking for

  • You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You’ll be professionally presented and groomed
  • You’ll have proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, and the ability to interact with clientele from varying cultures and backgrounds
  • You’ll have the ability to transport and assist patients to and from services within the hospital
  • You’ll have Intermediate computer skills
  • You’ll have previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
