What you will be doing in this role
We have two opportunities within our CEO Office:
- Executive Assistant to CEO (full-time)
- Executive Support Officer (part-time, 4 days per week)
Working as part of a collaborative executive support team, both roles contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO office. They provide comprehensive administration support to our CEO and contribute directly to the success of our organisation as part of our wider collaborative executive support team.
Executive Assistant (full-time)
You will provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including:
- Complex calendar and email management
- Stakeholder engagement across executive and Board level
- Board and Executive meeting coordination (agendas, papers, minutes)
- Preparation of reports and presentations
- Acting as a key liaison between CEO and stakeholders
- Supervising and supporting the Executive Support Officer
Executive Support Officer (part-time, 4 days)
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative and executive support, including:
- Managing and prioritising CEO office correspondence
- Calendar coordination and meeting support
- Assisting with invoices and expenses
- Supporting efficient and structured office processes
- Working closely with the EA and executive support team
Who we’re looking for
We are seeking experienced Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants or Executive Support professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
For the Executive Assistant role, you will have:
- Proven experience supporting at C-Suite, preferably CEO level
- Strong experience in Board and executive meeting coordination and reporting
- Advanced organisational and stakeholder management skills
For the Executive Support Officer role, you will bring:
- Strong administration or EA/PA experience
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced work environment, navigating multiple priorities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Across both roles, you will demonstrate:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement & management skills
- High levels of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and organisational capability
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach
