What you will be doing in this role

As our Occupational Therapist, you'll make a meaningful difference by helping patients regain independence, confidence, and quality of life. You'll assess patients' needs, develop personalised treatment goals, and deliver evidence-based interventions that support recovery across a diverse range of clinical presentations.

Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll play an integral role in discharge planning, patient education, and promoting safe, functional outcomes. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to apply your clinical expertise, problem-solving skills, and compassion to achieve the best possible outcomes for your patients.

This is 12-month full-time position, participating in a Monday – Saturday rotating roster, with the occasional on-call component.

Who we’re looking for

You're a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration and at least 1 year of clinical experience, ideally within an acute hospital or rehabilitation setting.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and can confidently prioritise competing demands while maintaining high-quality, patient-centred care. You have strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills, communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, and value working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

You're committed to delivering evidence-based practice, continuously developing your skills, and making a positive impact on the lives of your patients.

  • You'll have a current NSW driver's licence.
  • You'll have current registration with AHPRA.
  • You’ll be able to commit to a full-time Monday – Saturday role, for a 12-month term.
