What you will be doing in this role
Reporting to our Business Analytics team, this is a full-time, permanent position where you will provide dedicated analytical support to the Procurement & Supply Chain function across both Clinical and Corporate portfolios.
You will design and maintain dashboards, reports and KPI scorecards, transforming procurement, inventory and supplier data into meaningful insights that support decision-making. Working closely with Heads of Category and Category Managers, you will provide analysis to support sourcing initiatives, supplier performance management, savings opportunities and operational improvements.
You will also help strengthen reporting capability across the function, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, timely and actionable information that supports business performance, governance and continuous improvement.
Who we're looking for
You are a data-driven analyst who enjoys transforming complex information into clear, practical insights. Naturally curious and analytical, you can identify trends, solve problems and help stakeholders make informed decisions.
You are comfortable working with large datasets, reporting tools and dashboards, while confidently partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. With strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement, you enjoy using data to drive meaningful business outcomes.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Experience in business, data or reporting analyst roles
- Strong data visualisation and reporting skills using Power BI, Tableau, SQL and/or Excel
- Experience developing dashboards, KPI scorecards and business reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to present insights clearly to a range of stakeholders
- Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, finance or operational teams highly regarded
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in Analytics, Business, Commerce, Economics, Information Systems or a related discipline
