He or she will also play a role of providing direct support to laboratory colleagues, academic staff, and students, under the supervision and direction of the Laboratory Manager.
Security Control Room Officer Main campus - Malaysia HEW 3
The Security Control Room Officer (SCRO) is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the security services of Monash University Malaysia through the effective operation of security systems and equipment. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong situational awareness, and the ability to respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents or emergencies. The SCRO will work under the supervision of the Senior Security Officer (SSO).
Lecturer / Senior Lecturer (Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Digital and International Business) Main campus - Malaysia Level B
A Level B/C education-focused academic is expected to make contributions to the teaching effort of the university and to carry out activities to maintain and develop her/his scholarly, research and/or professional activities relevant to the profession or discipline. The academic will be responsible in teaching and administration of undergraduate, postgraduate and executive education programs in the area of Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Digital and International Business within the School. The academic will also be responsible for undertaking activities that maintain and develop scholarly research and the professional activities that are related to the discipline. The role contributes primarily to teaching of Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Digital and International Business related units at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducting competitive industry focused research on business. The areas of interest include but are not limited to human resource management, organisational behavior, strategic management, international management, organisational change, digital business and business sustainability.
Senior Lecturer - Epidemiology Main campus - Malaysia Level C
We are seeking an experienced and motivated academic to join the School of Medicine as a Senior Lecturer in Epidemiology, based in the Department of Global Population Health at Monash University Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing the Department’s teaching and research agenda, particularly in the development and delivery of a new interdisciplinary Master of Global Health program, and will contribute to shaping the future Centre for Global Health Equity. The appointee is expected to have a strong track record in epidemiology and global health research, and will contribute to postgraduate education, research leadership, and external engagement in line with Monash’s strategic priorities in global health equity.
Senior Lecturer Main campus - Malaysia Level C
A Level C academic is expected to make significant contributions to the teaching effort of a discipline, school, faculty or other organisational unit or an interdisciplinary area. An academic at this level is also expected to play a major role in scholarship, research and/or professional activities. The key result areas of Research, Teaching and Engagement are the basis for the primary duties and responsibilities of the role. A workload will be agreed upon annually with the Head of School during the Performance Development Plan process. Other duties may be required from time to time as directed by the Head of School.
Associate Professor - Pharmacy Practice Main campus - Malaysia Level D
A Level D academic is expected to make a significant contribution to all activities of the organisational unit or interdisciplinary area and play a significant role within their profession or discipline. Academics at this level may be appointed in recognition of distinction in their disciplinary area. The key result areas of Research, Teaching and Engagement are the basis for the primary duties and responsibilities of the role. A workload will be agreed annually with the Head of School during the Performance Development Plan process. Other duties may be required from time to time as directed by the Head of School.
