| The Manager, Business Continuity and Risk oversees and strengthens Monash University Malaysia’s business continuity and operational resilience framework. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Risk, Internal Audit and Business Continuity, the role ensures Business Continuity Plans are comprehensive, tested and aligned with group and regulatory requirements. It leads scenario exercises, supports campus preparedness and recovery, and monitors operational risks affecting critical services and strategy. The position also provides limited support for internal audit coordination, tracking management actions and maintaining documentation to support governance and assurance, enhancing overall institutional resilience. |

| A Level C academic is expected to make significant contributions to the teaching effort of a discipline, school, faculty or other organisational unit or an interdisciplinary area.
An academic at this level is also expected to play a major role in scholarship, research and/or professional activities.
The key result areas of Research, Teaching and Engagement are the basis for the primary duties and responsibilities of the role. A workload will be agreed upon annually with the Head of School during the Performance Development Plan process. Other duties may be required from time to time as directed by the Head of School. |
