| The Research Fellow is expected to make contributions to the research effort of the university, particularly at the postgraduate level and to carry out activities to develop her/his scholarly, research and/or professional expertise relevant to the profession or discipline. This Research Fellow is expected to support impactful research as part of the Monash Complex Computational Modelling Laboratory, and Medical Data Science and Innovation Network.
The Monash Complex Computational Modelling Laboratory leads quantitative research that aims to understand the complex, dynamic behaviour of systems characterizing the economy, businesses, societal processes, healthcare, etc. The Lab advocates data-driven decisions and policy formulation that benefits these systems through the development of innovative and hybrid methods from statistics, mathematics, data science, and computational sciences.
The Medical Data Science and Innovation Network empower medical professionals, students, academics and researchers with strong capabilities in data analytics, data science, AI and low-code/no-code (LCNC) platforms. These competencies will support evidence-based clinical decision-making, advance digital health transformation, and meet national and global needs for a healthcare workforce skilled in both medical and data-supported diagnostics and intervention. |

| This position supports the ongoing work on Public Health and Policy at the School of Medicine,
including the Malaysia Marmot Review and the Policy Hub for Public Health Emergencies (PHE
Policy Hub), contributing to project management, analytical work, evidence-to-policy translation,
