The Opportunity

The Senior Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for attracting and acquiring top talent for Monash University Malaysia. The incumbent will play a crucial role in adopting effective talent acquisition strategies and managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process. Also, the incumbent will need to collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs, develop effective talent acquisition strategies, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. The Senior Talent Acquisition Officer will analyse talent acquisition metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment processes. 

Reporting line:  The position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.
