The Opportunity
The UX/UI Designer will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, user-centered content and interfaces that support a range of digital initiatives across Action Lab. Working across multiple projects—particularly within digital health—the designer will contribute to the whole design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of impact-driven researchers and community stakeholders, co-designing solutions at the intersection of technology, society, and innovation.
This role requires a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, balancing user needs with project goals, and a commitment to designing inclusive, accessible, and ethically sound digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, research-led environment and proactively shaping digital tools that support meaningful social outcomes.
Reporting Line: The position reports to the Project Supervisor.
