The Opportunity
The Student Life Unit is charged with leadership, management and innovation in the provision of high-quality non-academic services to students at Monash Malaysia. The Unit comprises Student Support and Engagement, Career Services, Counselling Health and Wellness, Disability Support Services, International Student Support, Monash Abroad, Student Administration, International Student Pass, MUM Connect, Scheduling, Examination and Scholarships.
The Student Services office provides a wide range of services, including course scheduling, assessment management and student enquiries. It is also responsible for government reporting and data management. The office is committed to enhancing the student experience by utilizing feedback and technology to continuously improve service delivery and collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain operational excellence at Monash Malaysia.
Reporting Line: The position reports to Manager, Assessment
