The Opportunity

This role leads the team responsible for assessing student applications and managing offer acceptances for Monash University Malaysia. The Manager oversees workload, workflow, performance, and service delivery to ensure efficient and effective operations. In addition to driving excellence in application processing and customer service, the role manages admission data analysis to support informed decision-making and leads the admission audit process to ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional standards. The incumbent collaborates closely with QAG and respective schools to identify, implement, and monitor process enhancements, ensuring continuous improvement in operational quality, accuracy, and service delivery.

Reporting Line: The position reports to Senior Manager, Admission Global Conversions and Information System
