A postdoctoral fellow is expected to carry out independent and collaborative research within the field of appointment and to engage in activities that further develop their research expertise relevant to digital health and technology-enabled health research.
This appointee will contribute to the design, evaluation, and implementation of digital health tool (playbook) within a multidisciplinary team of impact-focused researchers working at the intersection of health, technology, and social innovation. Drawing on expertise in digital health systems, data-driven methods, user-centered technology design, and/or health technology assessment, the role involves supporting an international consortium of researchers in developing and applying digital tools for occupational health research, as part of the EU project “Healthy Working Environments for all Ages: An evidence-driven framework (WAge).”

The Opportunity
A Research Fellow is expected to carry out independent and team research within the field in which they are appointed and to carry out activities to develop their research expertise relevant to the particular field of research. This appointee will engage in digital health research projects within a multidisciplinary team of impact-focused researchers working at the intersection of public health, communities, technology, and social innovation. The role comprises two primary responsibilities: the development of digital health tools and the preparation of scientific research manuscripts for publication.
Reporting Line: The position reports to Deputy Director of Action Lab: Malaysia.
