The Opportunity

The primary role of the Senior Manager, Research Capability and Collaboration is to (i) provide leadership in the area of research capability building (which includes the coordination of strategic capital investment into research infrastructure, research fellow workforce planning, as well as internal funding schemes for research entities); (ii) leading development and execution of strategic research development programmes and initiatives to foster intra- and inter-campus research collaboration (this includes the oversight of research entities, early career researchers and research attachment).

Reporting line: The position reports to the Director, Research, Innovation and Enterprise under a broad direction.
