The Opportunity

The Impact and Engagement Manager provides strategic, operational, and administrative leadership to support research impact, research excellence, and external engagement across the School of Engineering and the School of Information Technology. The role plays a critical enabling function by strengthening research impact and performance, facilitating industry and external partnerships, and supporting enterprising and commercialisation activities across both Schools. This position works closely with the School leadership, including the Head of School, Senior School Manager, Deputy Head of School (Research), Associate Head of School (Graduate Research), Heads of Department, as well as academics, researchers, industry partners, and central campus units to effectively implement School-specific priorities and strategic aspirations, while ensuring the Schools’ research excellence, impact, and engagement objectives are achieved in alignment with university priorities.

Reporting Line: The position reports to the Senior School Manager
