The Opportunity

The Senior HR Business Partner is a strategic advisor who partners with leaders across Monash University Malaysia to align workforce strategies with organisational priorities. Operating within a matrix HR model, this role applies strong business acumen and HR expertise to deliver integrated people solutions that strengthen organisational effectiveness, talent capability, and employee engagement. The role leads complex HR initiatives, provides senior-level advisory on workforce and organisational challenges, and collaborates closely with HR Centres of Excellence and HR Services to drive consistent and impactful outcomes.

Reporting Line: The position reports to the Head of HR Business Partner
