The Opportunity

An Educator Level Y academic is expected to make contributions to the teaching and learning within the university, particularly at Year 12 diploma level. They will principally be involved in education related activities including the scholarship of learning and teaching to advance the University’s goal of education excellence and innovation.

The position holds a crucial and essential function in facilitating students' understanding of the subject, establishing a foundation for their future development and education. Your primary objective will be to establish a nurturing learning atmosphere that aids students in achieving their learning objectives. Through the preparation and delivery of engaging, interactive, and lively lessons, you will actively contribute to the students' learning experience. Additionally, you will monitor their progress by assessing their assignments and exam scores, enabling you to offer valuable feedback.

Reporting Line: The position reports to Deputy Head of School (Pathways Education)
