The Opportunity

The High-Performance Computing (HPC) research programme will investigate how natural-language and AI agents can safely translate scientific intent into verifiable, efficient and reproducible execution on heterogeneous computing systems. The programme brings together HPC, distributed systems, AI, software systems, cyber security and human-computer interaction. The Advanced Computing Platform will provide the primary framework, supplemented by a secondary test environment.

Reporting Line: The position reports to Deputy Head of School (Education)
