The Opportunity
The position provides specialist expertise and day-to-day operational leadership across Institutional Governance. It coordinates team delivery, manages workflows and routine operational priorities, and monitors follow-through and resolves routine operational issues to support consistent delivery. The role combines direct delivery of assigned governance work with coordination across the subunit. It exercises independent professional judgement within established frameworks and agreed authority, identifies emerging risks and escalates matters requiring the Senior Manager’s decision.
Reporting Line: The position reports to Senior Manager, Institutional Governance
