The School of Arts and Social Sciences at Monash University Malaysia is seeking a Level C Senior Lecturer in Communications / Strategic Communications (or a cognate field) to play a major role in scholarship, lead curriculum innovation, and drive high-quality research, ideally with a focus on Southeast Asia. Based at the Subang Jaya campus, the successful candidate will hold a PhD and make significant contributions to undergraduate and postgraduate education while establishing an impactful research record through top-tier publications, successful grant acquisition, and strategic partnerships across government, industry, and civil society.
Research Fellow Main campus - Malaysia Level B
A postdoctoral fellow is expected to carry out independent and team research within the field in which they are appointed and to carry out activities to develop their research expertise relevant to the particular field of research. Unlike the traditional researceh fellow positions where the candidates apply to specific projects, each applicant will design a 2- or 3-year research project proposal for submission to the selection committee. The research projects must align with SoIT research groups and Monash Impact 2030. The expect outputs are publications top / elite venues (conferences/journals). Research support and professional development are extended the postdoctoral position, including (a) Seed grant up to RM50k for 2 years (b) SoE-SoIT Mentoring Program (education, research, engagement, and promotion) (c) Membership of MUM Early Career Network (d) Education training, including EdEx training modules/workshops, teaching/tutoring, marking, unit design, and management

The Administrative Executive is responsible to assess applications into Monash University Malaysia campus degree courses and convert applications to Offers, providing expert advice on local and international qualifications to the stakeholders.  This role must be able to demonstrate experience in the interpretation and application of academic and administrative policy and have the ability to come up with decisive decision making in relevance to assessment of academic qualifications. This role also requires the incumbent to understand the educational system of Australia and Malaysia and other countries.  The incumbent is also responsible for professional engagements with internal units within the organization and with Monash University external stakeholders. The incumbent must also be proactively involved in project(s) and process improvement exercises undertaken by the office but not limited to the entire Marketing & Future Students team and whole organization.

Responsible for driving student enrolment targets for Australia in line with university objectives.This role oversees recruitment for Monash University, Monash College, and Monash University English Language Centre. The position covers a designated region including Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei, with a strong focus on Australia and student mobility across the Monash campus network.
