You’re a Project Manager with at least four years of experience in the same or similar position, and you hold tertiary qualifications in Business and Project Management. You are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management, excellent analytical and organisational skills

The Project Manager role will work alongside Project Portfolio Manager, Executives and the leadership team in managing, offering support and consultation for a range of projects within Whiddon Portfolio.  You are no stranger to change management, and you have the ability to document processes and relevant project related requirements in a methodical manner. You have extensive experience in process improvement, and you are well acquainted with coaching and collaborating with others.

A high degree of client and stakeholder liaison will be involved, end to end; hence you are no stranger to building strong working relationships with a range of key stakeholders. Leadership, communication and people management skillset will be paramount along with a strong base of technical knowledge. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects end to end, providing a high-quality service that will ensure Whiddon’s’ expectations are met and exceeded.

As part of this role, you are also responsible for working with stakeholders to understand the business requirements, developing positive working relationships and facilitating change management in the project space, ensuring leaders and project leaders are able to successfully implement their projects.

THE ESSENTIALS

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least four (4) years’ experience in a Project Manager position, working on business system implementation and management.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to influence business stakeholders, and a proven track record of exceptional stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience supporting in Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, SQL Servers and database management skills, Power BI and automation tools.
  • Experience producing business requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications and test scripts.
  • Solid experience in workshop facilitation including negotiation and in influencing key project stakeholders to derive business needs.
  • A high level of self-motivation, strong time management skills and highly motivated with a “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to think logically and solve problems accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in supporting Windows based environment, highly sought experience in thin client / Citrix environments, along with supporting Windows and Mac OS.
  • Experience in development and deployment of mobile solutions.
