You're an accomplished professional in community services management, ideally equipped with a tertiary qualification in the field, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree. You bring in-depth knowledge of the aged care industry, showcasing your familiarity with the Single Quality Framework.
Proficient in managing both site-level and individual client budgets, your expertise covers case management, service scheduling, and CDC budget maintenance. Adept at networking within the local community and the broader aged care industry, you seamlessly integrate continuous improvement principles within the relevant standards.
Your exceptional leadership skills extend to providing support, mentorship, and guidance to your team, fostering positive outcomes. Your commitment to organizational change and culture is evident.

We’re hoping you’ll join our fantastic Whiddon family as the Senior Community Coordinator for the New England & Kelso Region, on a full-time basis.

You have the freedom to choose your work location, whether it's Narrabri, Moree, Tamworth, Kelso - the choice is yours! This role covers the New England & Kelso areas, requiring travel to these services.
