In this role, you'll design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. You'll foster a culture of ongoing learning and professional development, ensuring our workforce is prepared to meet strategic objectives and adapt to industry changes. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you'll identify training needs, develop customized solutions, and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Your experience includes program design and delivery, using a Learning Management Systems (LMS), supporting leadership training programs, and conducting training needs analysis. You excel in written and verbal communication, have strong attention to detail, and can foster collaboration and build positive working relationships. You're also creative in problem-solving and open to new technologies and methodologies.

THE ESSENTIALS

• Demonstrated experience in a Learning and Development role, particularly in the health or aged care sector.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated experience in program design and delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and possesses a consistent customer-first approach.
