Help shape the future of children in our care

 

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be key to positioning C&K as an employer of choice. Your leadership will ensure we attract and retain exceptional talent, driving our success and elevating our standing in the sector.

Some of your key contributions will include:

  • Leading and optimising the talent team to meet the organisation's staffing needs while delivering exceptional service to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Contributing to strategic workforce planning and aligning recruitment strategies, policies, and compliance processes to meet both short- and long-term goals.
  • Building strong partnerships with external stakeholders, including vendors and educational institutions, to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Providing data-driven insights through regular reporting, identifying trends to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Overseeing budget and driving strategies to support operational leaders across our network of early childhood settings.
  • Contributing insights as a member of the Senior Leadership Team to organisational design and talent development.   

What you’ll bring

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification(s) in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience managing a complex and high-volume internal recruitment function.
  • A knowledge and understanding of best practice recruitment methodologies and approaches.
  • Experience of managing, administering and developing recruitment and onboarding systems. PageUp experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.
  • The ability to understand the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector, sector drivers and market positioning while working collaboratively to achieve shared internal workforce goals.
  • Must have an active Blue Card and Police Check or the willingness to get one (We can cover the cost)
