Nestled in Ferny Hills, Northwest Brisbane, our centre has been a cherished community hub for over 43 years. With spacious outdoor play areas under leafy trees, we create a nurturing environment where children explore, discover, learn, and play.

As an integral part of our Birralee team, you will foster an inclusive, collaborative, and supportive team culture where educators, children, and families can belong, grow, and thrive.

With creativity, leadership, and care, you will:

  • Guide and mentor educators to deliver high-quality, play-based educational programs for children aged 0-5.
  • Support the centre’s overall operations and management, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.
  • Nurture strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.
  • Promote a culture of reflection and continuous improvement among educators.
  • 40 hours per week - with monthly RDO

What you’ll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
