Help shape the future of children in our care
This position is a Fixed Term Part Time Contract, three days a week, until 31 December 2025 and will see you supporting kindergarten programs participating across Brisbane and Sunshine Coast in the Kindy Uplift program.
Our team of Kindy Uplift Advisors support kindergarten programs to plan, utilize and implement Queensland Government Kindergarten Funding in ways that uplift the kindergarten program, build educator capability and support better outcomes for Queensland children.
You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by:
- Support cooperation and partnerships at a state-wide level to advocate for children and best practice and support ongoing delivery of quality early childhood education and care programs.
- Work collaboratively with other Kindy Uplift Advisors to ensure programs and services maximise the delivery of quality outcomes.
- Receipt, review and approve the Kindy uplift pilot Plans of each service they support and provide a copy of the approved plans to the department

What you’ll bring
You’ll be an experienced professional who is willing to learn and grow with a purpose-led organisation.
Capacity to travel - The position is based in Brisbane or Sunshine Coast and may require a commitment for regular travel, including the potential of overnight travel across a given week. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:
- Hold an ACECQA approved Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and Queensland College of Teachers Registration
- An excellent practical understanding of the National Quality Framework, and legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to early childhood education and care.
- A commitment to advancing the Early Years Learning Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
