The Job

• Formulate and implement the sales & marketing activities for residential projects
• Liaise with various government departments, Housing Authority, consultants and internal divisions to ensure smooth launch of housing scheme
• Prepare sales & marketing literatures and legal documents in compliance with Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
• Develop and implement sales & pricing strategies
• Monitor the handover progress and defect rectification
• Monitor the renovation of show flats, sales centre and handover centre
• Handle tender procurement, cash flow forecasts and budget
• Supervise and coaching the team members in their sales & marketing roles

The Person

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of  experience with solid record of residential sales and marketing
• Proactive with good communication and analytical skill
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Willing to work on irregular hours and weekend / public holiday as necessary
