The Job

• 2-year Contract
• Process on-going applications for Transfer of Ownership, Re-financing, and Premium Assessment under Sandwich Class Housing Scheme, Flat-for-Sale Scheme, Subsidized Sale Flat Project (SSFP) and Dedicated Rehousing Estates SSFP.
• Liaise with solicitors, estate management offices and other stakeholders to clarify application details identified during the vetting process.
• Examine and interpret relevant government policies, scheme rules and internal procedures, and provide recommendations on application eligibility and appropriate courses of action.
• Manage applicants’ enquiries and complaints, through hotline, written correspondence and face-to-face meetings.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and provide support for team initiatives, cross-team projects, and service enhancement exercises as required.

 The Person

• Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Land Management, Business Administration, Management, Property Management, or related disciplines with minimum 6-years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in after-sales services, customer services, property management or real estate, and familiar with the mechanism of subsidized housing scheme is a definite advantage.
• Dedicated to work, strong communication, interpersonal & organization skills and self-motivated.
