The Job

• Assist in the processing of applications and conduct briefing sessions.
• Handle general enquiries from the applicants in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
• Perform logistics, administrative and clerical support duties.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

The Person

• Diploma holder or above.
• Experience in handling customers’ enquiries and familiar with subsidized housing scheme is a definite advantage.
• Good manner, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of MS Windows application, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
