The Job

  • Plan and execute the Intergenerational (IG) Living & Ageing In Place (AIP) services; monitor performance, analyse outcomes, and support reporting and programme refinement
  • Coordinate APP development and enhancements; support customer relationship management (CRM) implementation and drive digital engagement and performance monitoring
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; manage partnerships and ensure effective programme delivery and collaboration
  • Oversee programme operations, support frontline coordination, and drive continuous service improvement
  • Provide coordination and guidance to frontline staff; support manpower planning and ensure consistent service standards
  • Prepare reports, analyse data, and support management review and internal committee submissions
  • Support membership growth through recruitment, retention and promotion initiatives; monitor performance and enhance programme visibility

The Person

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Event & Recreation Management, Social Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in APP development coordination, CRM, marketing, community programmes, event management, or digital engagement initiatives
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, project implementation and vendor management is preferred
  • Knowledge of APP development lifecycle, CRM systems and digital marketing
  • Strong coordination, organisational and project management skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred)
  • Good PC knowledge including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
