Temp Senior Officer (Social & Elderly Wellness) - Community Program Focus

Join our team to support the development and operation of customer-centric community and wellness services. The role focuses on service operations, customer engagement, onboarding support and day-to-day coordination to deliver a positive customer experience.

The Job

  • Support the implementation and launch of new services, programmes and community initiatives
  • Coordinate frontline operations, service logistics and readiness activities, including customer onboarding and service support arrangements
  • Assist customers and members with registration, enrolment, mobile application onboarding and service enquiries
  • Coordinate customer communications, feedback collection and follow-up actions to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Maintain operational records, service trackers, issue logs and related documentation
  • Liaise with service providers, vendors, community partners and internal stakeholders to support service delivery and operational activities
  • Support customer engagement, membership development and promotional initiatives across online and offline channels
  • Assist in CRM-related activities, customer data maintenance and communication campaigns
  • Monitor service utilisation, participation and customer feedback; prepare reports, statistics and presentation materials
  • Support procurement exercises, quotation processes, administrative documentation and project coordination
  • Coordinate outreach and engagement activities to drive customer participation and service adoption
  • Support service enhancement initiatives and other duties as assigned

The Person

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, Social Science, Property Management, Hospitality Management, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in customer service, service operations, community programmes, membership services, CRM, digital engagement, resident services or event coordination
  • Experience in customer onboarding, frontline operations, service centre operations, customer support or community engagement is an advantage
  • Experience in coordinating vendors, service providers and multiple stakeholders is preferred
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and work under tight timelines
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, mobile applications and digital engagement tools is an advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
  • Good PC knowledge including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
