The Job 

• Manage daily shopping mall and carpark operations and ensure smooth facility management.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair works.
• Liaise with tenants, customers, contractors, and service providers on operational matters.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Prepare reports, handle emergencies, and support customer satisfaction and asset enhancement.

The Person

• 5 passes in HKCEE/DSE, including English and Chinese Language or above with minimum 2 year's relevant experience in property management.
• Holding a valid Property Management Licence is preferred.
• Good service concept, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
