About the role:

We have an opportunity for a Repairs Manager to join our WA team. As a Repairs Manager, you will be responsible for driving consistent and reliable financial performance for the repairs business unit to ensure that all repairs are fully completed in accordance with all safety and quality procedures whilst maintaining customer satisfaction and within restraints of budget and P&L requirements. You will also provide support to our sales team on scoping and pricing repair works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous leadership experience preferably within the lift industry, together with a strong understanding of repair works
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to effectively plan, manage resources, and execute actions
  • Ability to provide direction and take responsibility for decisions and actions of your team
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence others and maintain relationships both internally and externally
  • Proven ability to handle multiple and competing priorities effectively
  • Build and develop a strong safety culture
