About the role:

We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Consultant specialising in Modernisations. The position will be based at our Thebarton office and will report to our Modernisation Sales Manager. The position will see you responsible for managing and growing our Modernisation sales portfolio.

The successful candidate will be a switched-on individual who has previous sales experience with a proven track record of growth within the lift or building/construction industries.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Managing the tender process
  • Presenting our solutions to the client
  • Closing the sale & managing the handover to Project Management/ Account Management of existing key clients
  • Provide technical product information to both internal & external client groups.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record of growth within the lift or building / construction industries.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to interpret drawings & other technical data
  • Degree or Diploma qualification in an appropriate technical or business-related discipline
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Outstanding communication skills and customer service etiquette
  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A current driver's license
